1995 – Founded by Ms. Dahan Claudine, after 40 year of experience working with the most prestigious law firms, CPA firms, and Institutional companies.

Domiciliation services were created in order to respond to our foreign customer demands. At our dedicated location, 23 Rue du Roule in Paris, we establish a registered office for your foreign companies.

2000 – Set up a new office close to the Tribunal of Commerce.

2007 – Nomination of Ms. Sabine Dahan as a CEO and President of SAB FORMALITES. Working closely with Ms. Claudine Dahan to develop and create other opportunities for SAB FORMALITIES.

2008 – Set up a new office in Los Angeles represented by Mr. Lionel Dahan, the point of contact to implement your companies in the US.

2010 – SAB Formalities create a Event Departement « SAB Event » to promote Sab Formalities activities for you companies.
